Walnut Bakelite BROLITE Art Deco Tee Knobs

All our BROLITE real Bakelite pieces are based on original designs from early to mid-20th century and unusually, all our door knobs & handles are interchangeable on all of our Bakelite back-plates. A luxury which gives a huge number of combinations to choose from. If you are unable to see the combination you are after, you can order the parts individually to make up your desired set.
We offer some great combinations and here, we show a design of knob rarely seen on the market as originals. It has a stainless steel face to the knob, shown with a standard round back-plate.
Pairs of handles or knobs are complete with a 5/16″ (7.9mm) square spindle so they should fit some old locks as well as new ones. You may have a 7.6mm spindle in the old lock, in which case the square hole in the lock can be filed out to 7.9mm with a sharp square file. The necessary slotted grub screws for the spindle and slotted wood screws for the plates are also supplied. The Round back plate is No 6065 and the knob is No 6135SS, these parts can be purchased separately if required.
